Our September Workshop was such a success we have decided to offer it again. This 4-week workshop will be for All Levels! So it will be a continuation for those who have completed the prior session, but will also be a introduction to meditation if you're just beginning.

Our Approach to Health and Fitness 

Clear, Beautiful, Strong. Clara Bella Fitness provides clear, current, and safe workout programs that meet each individual client where they are in their fitness journey. Clara Bella Fitness is a small, private, Personal Training Studio. We offer one on one Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training, as well as
Personal and Small Group Yoga instruction, Nutrition Services, and Massage Therapy. 

At Clara Bella Fitness, our goal is provide a safe, comfortable space to help you reach your health and fitness goals. We have an amazing staff of Certified Personal Trainers and Nutrition professionals that will help guide you every step of the way.  We encourage acceptance of the strength that each client has and gratitude for the bodies we’ve been given, while challenging those bodies and pushing them to a level that we may never have expected we could reach.

Our Certified Personal Trainers all take a realistic approach to working out. Schedule, personal goals, proper instruction, and motivation all play a role in the success or failure of an exercise program. Unrealistic expectations can lead to perceived failures and discontinuation of a program.

In order to be successful, and avoid injuries, it is important to have awareness of ones body and abilities, and approach each workout according to the place where they are that day.  We all struggle with ups and downs in our energy level and motivation. Finding a balance between challenge, and acceptance of our limitations is the key to improved fitness as well as increased mind-body awareness.

Being "fit" is not purely physical, it takes mental strength and endurance as well to overcome our own personal obstacles and achieve the goals we set out for ourselves.

A holistic approach to fitness includes focus on nutrition, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular strength and endurance, as well as flexibility and relaxation. Our Trainers holds current certifications in many areas of fitness that allow them to develop a comprehensive fitness  program for each client.
